I recently faced a personal health crisis upon turning 51: I was over 50 pounds overweight, dealing with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and low testosterone. Despite my efforts to exercise and maintain some level of fitness, the combined effects of time, family responsibilities, and stress took their toll. It became evident that a significant change was necessary.

Inspired by my business partner, who has successfully maintained his health throughout his life, I was encouraged to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Together, we embarked on a new venture aimed at supporting individuals who face similar struggles.
